*Excludes Full Locker rental at $175; Half Locker rental at $125; Bag Storage at $175; and Cart Fee, per person of $25/18-holes and $15 for 9-holes Guest Greens Fees for Golf Members: Eagle Course $69 for 18-holes and $49 for 9-holes; and Patriot Course $39 for 18-holes and $29 for 9-holes.

Fees for Tennis or Fitness Center guest - $10/day

In-Season Trial Membership: Golf for $3,600; Social for $1,500. If you decide to join by the end of the trial period, you will get credit toward the following year's dues.

LANDS OF THE PRESIDENT is a gated golf community located in the north end of central Palm Beach County. High rise and low rise buildings, townhomes and single family homes surround the President County Club with its two 18-hole golf courses. This is a private, membership only, golf club featuring golf and tennis. The recently completed Robert Trent Jones signature course is a highlight of this Club, attracting new members in droves who are anxious to play this challenging new addition to the West Palm Beach area. There’s also a well organized tennis program featuring regular tournaments and various teaching venues for adults and children. The newly renovated Clubhouse features a soon to be open grill room, catering, private meeting rooms, various card rooms and a co-ed fitness center managed by a personal trainer.

The multi unit buildings on the grounds of Lands of the President offer 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with square footage ranging from a little over 1,000 square feet to 3300 square feet. Single family homes come in an array of sizes. Prices start in the one hundred thousand range and go up to a million plus.

A small portion of golf course land was recently sold to a developer who has plans for a 20-storey building with units starting at around $500,000. The first four floors will be for parking and the building will feature a rooftop pool and other amenities. Stay tuned for updates on this new development.
